No, we do not back-date medical certificates. We also do not provide university health professional reports.

Request an eScript via the website using your mobile device or computer. If approved, the doctor will send it to you via email or SMS.

No. A Medicare or IHI number is only required if you request an eScript. For other services, it’s not necessary.
