No, we do not back-date medical certificates. We also do not provide university health professional reports.

Request an eScript via the website using your mobile device or computer. You need an IHI or Medicare Number. If approved, the doctor will send it to you via email or SMS.

No. A Medicare or IHI number is only required if you request an eScript. For other services, it’s not necessary.

Most consultations occur on time. Occasionally, there may be a short delay. Doctors contact you via phone or video, depending on your booking.

No. All EDOC Health fees are private. There are no Medicare rebates on any of our services.
